By accessing this website or engaging Web Design Agency for services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services and Ownership

Upon final payment for a web design project, full ownership of the visual design and frontend code is transferred to the client. Web Design Agency retains ownership of any proprietary modular code, software licenses, or internal tools used in the development process unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

Bespoke projects typically require a 50% upfront deposit to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and prior to launch. Hosting and maintenance services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Managed Hosting and Maintenance

While we strive for 100% uptime with our UK-based cloud hosting, we cannot be held liable for any loss of business or data resulting from server downtime or third-party service failures. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact details are kept up to date for billing purposes.

Liability Limits

In no event shall Web Design Agency’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Cancellation

Hosting and maintenance services can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Please note that deposits for bespoke design work are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
